Main options tab in Foxtrick preferences is essential for setting Foxtrick to work properly. If your Language, Currency, Date format and Country settings does not match ones that you have set in Hattrick properties, Foxtrick is not going to work. Also, this tab contains modules for activation of custom Hattrick CSS skins as well as Currency converter for all Hattrick currencies. Here you can setup slider and sound alerts, import or export Foxtrick preferences or restore default ones. This tab also provides you with options to disable Foxtrick temporarily or when you are on Stage server.

In the tab you can find various shortcuts, popup menus or modules that allow you to copy various data, like player' skills, training reports etc. There is also a group of add-on modules meant for displaying various statistical data about your team, additional shortcut icons or alerts that prevent you to make mistakes when buying or selling players.

Presentation and Tweaks is the tab where you can setup all modules that insert some new or modifies features presented on Hattrick WebPages. At your disposal you have a lot of presentational tweaks, which will allow you to see youth player's pictures in color, add numbers and colors to skills, put custom medals set instead of current one, filter league news and many more. This tab also gives you options to correct different CSS problems that originate from ongoing Hattrick design changes and will help you to avoid breaking of design or similar issues.

On the Matches tab you will find modules which allow you to add stars and ratings to match reports, highlight players or display income from spectators. Other modules that you can find in this tab can help you to setup match orders correctly or copy match ratings to clipboard so that you could use them on Forums or for your personal notes.

Forum tab includes options for all modules related to Forum, Guestbook, Press Announcements or HT mail. These modules allow you to copy posts or post IDs, highlight threads, put markers for highlighting HT staff members, or any other users that you want. Second group of modules are oriented towards visual enhancements, like adding Alltid flags or hiding signatures. Third group of modules allow you to preview messages, make message templates, or just navigate faster through Forums.
